Synopsis

Boldimó's joyful fiddle music is all over the Gypsy camp beside the lake. The evil fairy of the lake does not share their joy, however. She offers unbelievable riches to the people if they give up on singing and dancing and throw away all their instruments. The scared Gypsy King takes the offer with a heavy heart. The whole camp is rolling in wealth by the morning. How long will this joy, that they paid for dearly, last? Will there be anyone who values happiness and defies the force of the fairy?
